L'Esprit de Noël Holiday Home Tour
Presented by Central City Opera Guild and Coldwell Banker Devonshire
Friday & Saturday, November 17 & 18, 2017, 10 am to 4 pm
“HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS”
“Oh there’s no place like home for the holidays,
‘Cause no matter how far away you roam,
If you want to be happy in a million ways,
For the holidays, You can’t beat home, sweet home.”
These familiar lyrics capture the spirit of L’Esprit de Noël, Central City Opera Guild’s holiday home tour, now in its 41st year. We hope that this tour of five architecturally diverse homes in the Cranmer Park/ Hilltop neighborhood helps put you in the holiday spirit and gives you new ideas to make your homes ready for the holiday season.
The talented floral and table designers have lavishly decorated these homes in a wide variety of styles, utilizing holiday décor items complementing the homes’ interior design. Whether you have a traditional home or a modern interior, there is something on the tour for everyone. Forget Pinterest, this tour will give you tons of inspiration to add something fresh to your holiday décor. Many of the designers have offered our tour guests a discount at their shops this season – be sure to visit them, and let them know how much you enjoyed L’Esprit de Noël.
We are forever grateful to our homeowners for lending us their homes for this tour. We also appreciate our Presenting Sponsor, Coldwell Banker Devonshire, for their continued support. We very much appreciate the support of the other sponsors, donors, advertisers and volunteers who make the tour happen each and every year.

The Central City Opera Guild is a member organization devoted to supporting Central City Opera, a true Colorado treasure. Since 1932 the company has presented a summer opera festival in its restored 1878 Opera House located in the historic gold mining town of Central City. The Guild was established in 1974 and those pioneering women created L’Esprit de Noël as their signature fundraising event. All funds raised by L’Esprit de Noël support Central City Opera programs, including the summer festival, the Bonfils-Stanton Artists Training Program, the historic preservation of properties in Central City, and its education and community engagement programs.
